Beautiful Garden Room designed for a client who wanted a little bit of luxury in the garden
The team at Gar-den rooms NI are delighted with this latest project. This purpose built room is set within a spectacular mature garden at a period property in County Antrim. The owners wanted to create some additional space to entertain the family. They wanted a room to connect them to their garden, whilst sheltering them from the Northern Ireland elements.
Gregory at Gar-den visited the client to establish the design and specification of the garden room and within weeks the build was completed.
The modern garden room was built 5m x 5m and featured an overhang with back wall to house the jacuzzi. The room specification was ‘turnkey’ which included fully insulated plaster board, drylining, interior painting, main electric supply connecting the Gar-den room to the dwelling, electric heating, internal and external lights and sockets, laminate flooring and vertical blinds. The customer had a choice of both internal and external finishes from the extensive range offered by NI Gar-den rooms.
