The room specification was ‘turnkey’ which included four glass roof panels, fully insulated plaster board, drylining, interior painting, and both internal and external lights and sockets. Laminate flooring was also supplied and fitted. The customer had a choice of finishes from the extensive range offered by NI Gar-den rooms and he chose beautiful black cladding and texture plaster to compliment the overall look.
