“Wheelchair access is no problem for NI Gar-den Rooms”
NI Gar-den Rooms recently completed a bespoke project for a client in Tobermore. Additional space with wheelchair access was required. Following consultation with the client, Gregory sketched a plan of the Garden Room. He provided detailed measurements as well as an outline of the materials and finishes of the customers choice. The majority of the building construction was undertaken at the workshop in Castledawson thus minimising disruption to the customers daily life.
Turnkey Garden Room finish
The customer was delighted with the finished result and the wheelchair access proved invaluable so that she could enjoy the peace and tranquility of the garden. The modern garden room measures 4m x 3m. The exterior finish is complimented by modern cladding and black windows while texture plaster to the rear and sides further enhanced the beauty of the building. The room specification was ‘turnkey’ thus including fully insulated plaster board, drylining and interior painting. The garden room was also connected to the electric supply of the main dwelling with sockets, electric heating, and both internal and external lights being provided. The customer had a choice of finishes from the extensive range offered by NI Gar-den rooms and she chose a beautiful laminate flooring and vertical blinds in order to complete the look.
